Building Tools - Home Plot System: Construction: Players use a modular system to add "prefabs" like extra rooms, porches, windows and fireplaces to their main house. The rest of the decorations are free to place and recolor. There are wallpapers and floors to color inside and outside the building. Plot Grid: You can toggle between a standard grid and a free-placement mode, allowing for intricate layering and "clipping" of decor items. Building Blocks: Special blocks act like furniture but have unique snap points, allowing players to build custom structures like stairs, lofts, archways or even pixel art. Housing Add-ons: Recent updates introduced "Estate" lines and customizable windows, roofs, and wall styles. Freedom of building: You can unlock up to 10 plots where you can express your creativity. There are also purchasable landscapes to set to your plots as backgrounds.
Modding & Community Appeal Palia doesn’t support traditional game-modding, but it is built entirely around social interaction. Home Tours: Allows players to list their plots for others to visit, rate, and draw inspiration from, fostering a "designer" culture. Shared Activities: Resources are shared if you play together, meaning if you mine a rock with a friend, you both get the loot. This eliminates competition and encourages cooperative play.
Content Sharing I imagine players would share their house designs and tricks to glitch some furniture into something unique. Also I see people would come together into teams and do activities to gather resources for home plots. There are no physical copying of the builds as maps unfortunately, so that would just look like a bunch of screenshot sharing and possibly videos.
Infinity Nikki [free to play] transforms traditional dress-up mechanics into a deep, open-world creative sandbox, with house building and photography aspects.

Advanced Customization: Tools allow you to clipping items together, free rotate 360 degrees, and resize them to create unique structures like treehouses or bridges. Terraforming: Higher levels of "Construction Ability" unlock the ability to landscape the terrain, allowing players to reshape the island as they want. There's a lot of varieties of trees, flowers, mountains to place and combine together.
Modding & Community Appeal While direct modding of the game's code is not officially supported due to its live-service nature, the developers foster community creativity through built-in sharing features: Design Sharing: Players can share their custom dyeing schemes and housing presets via QR codes or sharing codes, allowing others to import their designs. Co-op & Social Hubs: The game supports cross-platform co-op, where friends can explore together, visit each other's custom-built islands, and participate in joint photo sessions.
Content Sharing I imagine players would share their unique outfits using codes system, so as House Schemes codes (includes full island of builds) or individual designs such as furniture combined into a small schemes. Sharing / taking photos together, showcasing specific settings of camera and sharing the codes to them as well. Creating community events like Styling using a specific item of clothing or color pallets.
