A new island filled world has emerged in the galaxy. Necesse has officially been charted, bringing with it settlements to build, automation chains to optimize, bosses to conquer, and countless procedurally generated islands to explore.

Thank you so much for your help, I think I'm going to try and replace the table with a table and chairs that look like they belong outdoors, and I'll see if I have anything to replace the pumpkin and teapot. Is there anything else that you think I could change?

Pretty good! I like how there's so much to look at.

However, a lot of it seems a bit randomly placed if that makes sense.
So maybe in the future really think about where this realistically would go, or what this character would be doing etc.

I need ideas for the new dreamsnap challenge, the theme is "seaside chic", I have an entire bundle of seaside/ocean themed items, I will definitely use prince Eric and Ariel but I'm not quite sure what exactly I want to do. I want to go all out so it needs to have depth, some sparkles and follows the theme.

Lego_Master_A • 2026-02-18 23:14:39

Yeah, and my "friend" i was talking about that chose Chatgpt over me believed otherwise for some ridiculous reason. He was saying that he was going to use my help too but the next statement he made literally just disproved that. Just disappointing how much people trust it... YOU CAN NEVER REPLACE A HUMAN! The real purpose of machines and technology is to aid humans, not replace them! That's what they're getting wrong.

MagicalStorm Yeah people are abusing the power of AI

H4racan • 2026-02-18 07:04:52

I once had a problem in my code when I was trying to learn Lua. I spent at least two hours arguing with chatgpt about how his solution was wrong. I had described the problem in detail, and chatgpt just kept repeating itself. Later, I managed to fix the problem myself, but chatgpt wasn't helpful at all.

Lego_Master_A • 2026-02-17 23:23:43

Also, it's sad that there needs to be social platforms that are strictly forbidden to have use of AI...

It has good uses and bad, but unfortunately many are bad, such as creating pictures or videos of someone that they actually weren't in to spread false info about them and there's others that i can't think of. If I'm giving my opinion, I can't see any good reasons to use it. I suppose for research that requires generation of info, content, or feedback to further develop technology but for general use like taking advice or getting programming or tech help (I've literally just recently been rejected by someone as a techie because they thought AI had a better solution than me which was quite hurtful actually, so i "gave" them over to it and said if they came to me because they had an issue AI couldn't solve that i wouldn't help them because they didn't want mine in the first place), i don't find it worthwhile. But this is my opinion and how i would use it.

Sorry for the long comment. :|

I'm referring to someone else. I know you thought about having a go at the Planet Stardew logo. When, where and how the logos come to be is probably going to continue to evolve overtime. I suspect it will become more of community effort but we'll see.

👍

ohio920dagamer how close are we to arriving on garry's mod (or are we even in it's direction)
Cyprezz • 2026-02-17 20:04:39

I have quite a list but no reason Garry's mod isn't going to sneak in anytime. I've ramped up the discovery of planets by reworking the importance I put on the planet logos to a point where they are not a bottle neck holding back the expansion of the galaxy.

I have a pixel artist now that is going to help and the logos will roll out as they are done. I don't want to credit who until there's at least one to credit.
