    Get a face cloth with warm water, scrub your face, then put face wash on after then rinse it off with the face cloth
    After that, put a pimple patch on any large pimples on your face
    I typically do this before bed and leave the patch on till tomorrow morning
    And for the hair, as I've had long hair before, shampoo twice, condition once, and tou better scrub the heck out of it in the shower to avoid grease
