Disclaimer: This isn't the story I originally intended to make. While working on my actual story I noticed that multiple things didn't work while Rendering. So I came up with this "backup story" I hope that some of you still enjoy it.

Story:
Have I ever told you why the woods are scary to me? Well I'm ready to tell you but be warned it's one of the most terrifying things that have ever happened to me. We just wanted to go to a yearly halloween event. It was far away so we all got together and drove of in R3V's RV. We would drive half the way and then stop and sleep through the night before continuing on our journey. I wanted a quiet and peaceful evening but it came completely different.
We were all sitting at the campfire when it started...
*fire cracking
Red: Hey Horse, what is your halloween costume?
Horse: Guess
Red: Is it a farm animal?
Horse: But which one?
R3V: A cow?
*silence
R3V: Nevermind
Ben: TheeAgedGoblin, do you have a halloween costume?
Goblin: I had one, but it didn’t render properly when I tried it on. So I had to improvise with this fit.
R3V: Why don’t you have a costume, Replayer?
Replayer: I was in the process of making one but i didn’t manage to finish in time because you didn’t tell me we would go so early.
R3V: My bad. I should’ve told you sooner.
Replayer: Its alright. Do you guys have any plans on how we should spend this evening?
Red: How about a scary story.
Ben: It would fit the setting.
Horse: Does anyone have a good scary story?
Replayer: I got one but it’s more of a legend than a story… and it’s about this forest.
There was this one player, who got lost in this forest after trying to find some food. Eventually he came across a small cabin but to his surprise the door was open and the lights were off. When he called out no-one answered.
It smelt horrible when he got closer and eventually he heard something coming from inside the house. It sounded like someone was eating something.
As the player opened the door he saw a half fox half human like creature eating the body of a villager.
The player started to run but he heard the creature chasing after him, still holding the head of the villager it was chewing on and just when he thought he escaped he-
AAAAAAAAAAAH!
Then this horrifying scream cut through the night.
We were all frozen in place but we eventually came to the conclusion that it was just an animal. Some animals really sound like a screaming person... We eventually extinguished the fire and went inside.
R3V: Alright. I locked the door so nothing can come in. We should start to decide who sleeps where but it's gonna be crammed in here anyway. Who wants to sleep where?
Ben: I’ll take the passengers seat!
Goblin: I take the driver seat!
Horse: The backseat is reserved for me.
Red: Then I’ll sleep in the Kitchen seat. That even got a table I could lie my head onto.
R3V: I will take my bed.
Replayer: Wait, so all I get is the floor?
R3V: Looks like it.
Replayer: You guys are mean…
Eventually Replayer woke up...
*Locked
Replayer: Hello?
Horse: Its taken.
Replayer: How long do you need?
Horse: I just got in…
Replayer: R3V.
R3V: Hm-
Replayer: R3V!
R3V: ...sigh, what’s up?
R3V: Why are you standing over me like a murderer?
Replayer: I need a bathroom but Horse is in there so I’m going outside.
R3V: Really? You want to go outside after everything that we witnessed?
Replayer: It’s fine. I made that story up anyway. It was definitely just an animal.
R3V: ok, I’m not gonna stop you.
Replayer: I will be back soon.
*checks phone: 2:05AM
*snoring
Eventually...
Horse: I'm do- wait where is he?
R3V: who?
Horse: Replayer. He needed the bathroom.
R3V: He went outside.
Horse: When did he leave?
R3V: 2:45AM
Horse: And how long has he been gone?
*checks phone again: 3:17AM
R3V: what?…
R3V: He has been gone for over an hour…
Red: Why are you so loud?
R3V: We have an emergency.
Ben: Oh my goooood… what do you want?
Horse: Replayer is gone. He went outside and has been away for over an hour.
Goblin: What? Are you serious?
Red: Should we call the cops?
R3V: I don’t know, maybe?
Goblin: Will they even believe us? I mean what if they think it’s a halloween prank?
Ben: Halloween starts tomorrow night. Aside from that he could be in danger.
R3V: We should get together and check outside-
Red: WHAT IS THAT?!!
R3V: What is whaaAAAH!
R3V: Ok, this stopped being funny!
Horse: What was that?
Red: It scared me so bad!!! Who was that?!
Goblin: Is it still there?
R3V: No, it’s gone.
*snap
Red: Did you hear that?!
Ben: Yes, but what was that?!
Goblin: Sounded like a twig snapping.
R3V: Hello?
*silence
Ben: M-Maybe it’s a prank?
Horse: Whatever it is we shouldn’t let anyone be alone.
R3V: I suggest this: Goblin, Ben and I go after it and Horse and Red stay in the RV and call the police.
Goblin: How about you go with someone else?
Ben: Good idea.
*door slams
Red: Good luck, guys!
Goblin: …great.
R3V: Come on. Lets get this over with...
Goblin: Its actually really creepy in here.
R3V: shhh!
Ben: …Over there!
We saw someone standing behind a tree. At first we thought it was Replayer, but the clothes didn't match.
R3V: Replayer? Is that you? We don't want to attack you so if its you please come out of hiding-
Red: HEEEELLLLPP!!!
Ben: What was that?!
Goblin: That came from the Campsite!
Ben: Red! Horse! Are you okay?!
Ben: Oh my god...
Goblin: The creature Replayer mentioned in his story...and its still carrying the Villager head.
Red: We saw the head again! But it looked kinda different!
Goblin: Did you call the police?
Horse: Yes, but they will take 10 minutes to get here.
R3V: Then let’s stay together and-
Creature: RAAAAAAAAH!
Horse: AAAH!
Red: The creature is real!
R3V: B-Back creature!
Ben: Wait...something isn't right.
Replayer: Gotcha!
Red: Replayer?!
Horse: Holy Apple!
Ben: No shot...
Goblin: What was that all about?!
Qovion: Did we get them?
Replayer: Yeah, we got all 5 of them good!
Goblin: Wait! Qovion, I thought you called off!
Qovion: Yes, to prank y'all!
R3V: Wow you guys are mean! We were so scared we already called the cops!
Replayer: Then I guess you guys will have some problems when they arrive.
Ben: I can't believe you did that...but how?
Replayer: It was easy: When we sat at the campfire Qovion played a scream sound to let you think the creature was real. However it was kinda too early…so I got startled too.
Qovion: Then Replayer left the RV to put the costume on. We even had a separated head!
Horse: That’s what we saw! The head from the window!
R3V: So it's just a fake?
Qovion: Yes. It was supposed to be the head that the creature carried around when it chased the player in the story.
Ben: If thats the case then I should go inside and call the cops again to tell them what happened…
Goblin: At least now we can finally calm down again.
Red: Wait…how long had your prank been going on? How long have you been here?
Qovion: Honestly we just arrived here.
Replayer: Yes, I needed almost an hour to put the costume on because some of the parts always fell off. Why do you ask?
Red: That is not the head I saw…
Replayer: What?
Red: We saw it two times. But they looked different. The first one was a normal player head...
Qovion: We only got one.
Ben: Guys…the head is back…o-on the other side of the RV.
Qovion: Wait what's going on here?
R3V: Should we all check it out?
Goblin: What do you mean "we all"?
Replayer: What did you see?
Ben: The most terrifying thing in my life.
Goblin: shhh! We don't need it to notice us.
We hoped it wasn't anything too bad...
but it was.
There was this guy. His clothes were dirty and we couldn't tell if it was just dirt or dried blood. But what we did know was that he was holding up a head stuck on a stick. It was the same head we saw before leaving the RV. It was a terrifying image.
Then he turned, saw R3V peeking around the RV...
and then he started sprinting toward us.
R3V: RUN!
We went inside, locked the door and drove off. He was screaming the entire time while banging against the door and even ran after the RV when we fled the scene.
Then we were out of the picture. However thats not were it ends.
Because Ben never called off the police like he intended, they still pulled up at the campsite. They started a search after we called again to report the man and eventually they found something, a cabin. Inside the cabin they found a body with a missing head. The police never found the head or the person responsible for what happened but I think we all know how the pieces come together.
The events of this trip also changed all of us:
Ben, Goblin and Red are still going to that yearly event but only by plane.
Horse secured his barn much more to keep himself safe.
Replayer and Qovion stopped doing bigger halloween pranks and stuck to small scares from that point on.
R3V ended up selling the RV and has since been living on the streets.
and what happened to me?
I'm just waiting for the police to finally stop searching for me...
