These Machines are kept in chambers, underground and are meant to keep Humans in the Travisan Universe, respawning each time they die, It has been Confirmed that there is more than one Respawn Machine, Respawn Chamber #1 housed the Respawn Machine that allowed Herobrine to sustain Nelson's form. to continue using him as a vessel to continue spreading chaos and destruction all over the Overworld, it also housed Magic that allows Humans to respawn endlessly after dying, over and over again, unlike the main Respawn Machine, Respawn Machine #1 is powered by Redstone which travels to other Respawn Machines, forming a series of linked Respawn Reactors
