[REDACTED] Planet?
So I found a planet with the type [REDACTED], and like, no, I'm not kidding, that's literally what it is, and all the colors are messed up, like, here's a screenshot:

(tell me if you can't see it)
My ship is normally meant to be yellow, but as you can see, it's just all gray, with the only exception being reds and some oranges.
Anyone got some insight on this? Like rarity, general information, places to find general information, etc.

Whoa! Cool. Must be something wrong with the electromagnetic radiation on the planet you discovered.
Probably, might be able to get some good output from one of those electromagnetic generator things
soo some planets are like really weird like that. I think there locally called "Anomaly Planets". So if it says [REDACTED] it usually means it has strange Flora, fauna, coloration, weather, etc.
As of rarity, they are pretty rare EXCEPT for Purple star systems, they can appear a lot in those.

Yeah, it's a purple system
the purple star systems are amazing!, you can find more planets like those in a bunch of them.
I think my personal favorite planet is the cyber planets, where all the fauna are HUGE ROBOTS!

Yeah, those ones are cool, I think I found a planet like that around a red star one time, but I could be wrong
they are called anomaly planets talk in the nms reddit they'll call it that
Wait, it just started doing a really hot rain storm, and I can see normal colors in the rain
ok I can explain, [REDACTED] Planets are anomaly planets with strange creatures and plants and sometimes high electromagnetic frequencies so that's good, but they usually aren't the best planets to live on. If you're looking for rare planets look for Pillared Planets, they have a 0.1% chance of spawning which is 1 in 1,000 planets scanned or found so yeah but really cool! (Yes I'm a no man's sky nerd)
Nice
