I propose the game
Core Keeper, which is a top down sandbox game similar to Terraria. While the building tools are limited to the in game creative mode and potential mods (which the game natively supports), there are a LOT of different decorations and block types to customize your base. The main content I can see people sharing are character builds (character gear and stats), base and farm screenshots, and videos of funny or epic moments.
